Cancelation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellation Policy Details:

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more before your scheduled time, there will be no charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full service fee.
